My experience with Pan-china resources ltd. was okay. The website design needs improvement, as it was not very user-friendly. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were delays in their responses. However, they were polite and tried to resolve my concerns. The quality of their products was average, nothing remarkable. The delivery was prompt and hassle-free. Overall, I would rate them as average, but they have room for improvement.
