I recently hired a landscape company to work on my front yard, and I chose "John Madison Landscape, Inc." based on their website and reviews. The initial consultation was smooth, and the team was responsive to my ideas. The work itself was completed on time, but I couldn't help but notice some inconsistencies in attention to detail. While the overall result was decent, I did notice a few areas that could have been improved. In terms of customer service, they were friendly and accommodating, but there were certain aspects of the project that didn't fully meet my expectations. Overall, I would say that my experience with this company was average. There were positive aspects, but there were also areas that left me feeling slightly underwhelmed.
