Close to a scandal. First there are 2 carpet men with the wrong carpet, then they get the carpets put on, but do not say that there was a stain on one of the carpets, which they tried to scrub away without it being possible. And then finally they have laid the rugs with the weaving in different directions in the different rooms. The store has taken responsibility for the first. Next write they would cost me more money if they should have put them in the same direction. So that's obviously my own problem. They have even been out with us and measured the rooms. If it had been a question they had asked us and it was true that it would cost us more we would either have chosen to pay extra or not have acted.
It's a scandal. I will never shop there again!
