I recently used the services of Global Machine Works Inc for some custom metal fabrication, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The website is user-friendly and provided all the information I needed. However, I found the communication with the team to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries and I felt a little bit disconnected from the process. The end product was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. Overall, I’d rate the experience as average. 👍🏼
