I recently used the services of this company for some project management needs. The website is user-friendly and provides a lot of information about their services. However, I found the response time to be a bit slow. The communication could have been more prompt and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some delays in getting answers to my questions. Nevertheless, the final outcome of the project was satisfactory. I would suggest a little improvement in the communication and response time to enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, it was an average experience. 😐
