I recently used Virtual Packaging for my packaging needs and I found the experience to be decent. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of options to choose from. However, I did encounter some delays in receiving my order, which was a bit disappointing. The customer service was helpful in addressing my concerns, but I felt that there could have been better communication regarding the status of my order. The quality of the packaging was satisfactory, but I did notice a few minor flaws. Overall, it was an average experience for me. Hopefully, they can work on improving their delivery times and quality control in the future. 📦
