I recently worked with a real estate company to buy a property, and the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find some listings that interested me. However, the overall customer service was just okay. I didn't feel like the agents were very proactive in helping me find the right property, and there were some communication issues. The process felt a bit impersonal, and I would have appreciated more personalized attention. While I did eventually find a property that met my needs, I think there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and attentiveness to clients' needs.
