I had a mixed experience with the American College of Physicians. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were certain areas where they fell short. The website, acponline.org, was user-friendly and provided useful information. However, the customer service was lacking in responsiveness and professionalism. Overall, I would rate them as average.
