My husband and I were in major need of a bigger car with our last baby due in November. He called on a Wednesday and spoke with Carlos Gonzalez and explained to him how we needed a car that would fit 3 car seats.
Upon arriving and taking a look at the 3 cars he showed us, we settled on a 2017 Dodge Caravan. Carlos was patient and so helpful, especially with our 2 and 5 year old! The store closed at 9 and he stayed with us till almost 10:30 till our paperwork was complete! He made sure our car was cleaned and ready for us to go when we walked out!
It has only been 4 days since we got our car, and he has kept in touch with us, and check in with a minor problem we had with the car.
Overall, we are satisfied with the service we got from Carlos and Dodge and will definitely recommend him to others looking to buy!!
