Brian is a concise communicator that clearly sees the whole picture. He is keenly aware of exploring every avenue and offered a lot of options to me as a client. Comfortable in the court room, he understands not only what the the opposing counsel is saying but where they are ultimately headed, and he plans accordingly. Few of us are comfortable when we are in a situation that involves legal counsel, but I always felt like Brian had control of things. I learned to trust him and his advice, even when I wanted to kick and scream due to the emotional duress I was under, and things turned out very well. He can be a little intimidating and seem distant, but in reality what Brian does is get to the facts and the pertinent details and encouraged me as a client to leave my emotions out of it. This was the best course of action I could have possibly taken, and without Brian I would not have handled it as well as I did!
