I ve been getting my MS infusion therapy at Biotek Remedy s for about a year and a half now. Anyone having to go through chronic health challenges might know that it presents emotional highs and lows. Just when you think you ve gotten over the struggle of facing things therapy taps you on the shoulder and forces you to feel the real-ness of it all, all over again. Having to go through the difficulties that come along with infusions is one thing. Where you go and the people you encounter is a whole nother factor. I ve been through several MS medicines and received them in different facilities. Back make-shift room of my old Dr. s office, crammed infusion cubicles, noisy hospitals, you name it. I must say Biotek has been the the best and perfect solution for me. Spacious, open, neat, quiet, personable, professional. The nurses and staff are caring, upbeat, organized, and extremely knowledgeable about the MS therapy I m on. They monitor closely, are meticulous in notations, flexible, and communicate with my Neurology team and Health Insurance extremely well. They make facing this inescapable bear down soo much easier. They know all of these things impact patient success when it comes to the challenges of MS. My observation is that they enjoy their jobs. They enjoy the environment. And appreciate being with a company that allows them to be truly patient focused. Hope this helps someone who may be just now hearing those words from their doctor that rocked me to my core when I was diagnosed. You have MS and will need to start therapy as soon as possible and continue for the rest of your life. The risk are sooo scary. But the therapy HAS to happen. I m soo glad to be with the RIGHT Neurologist (shout out to Dr. Jason Silversteen at Christiana Care, whoop-whoop!), the RIGHT therapy, Ocreavus, and the RIGHT place to receive it, BioTek Remedys.
