I recently came across a training and development company that I decided to try out. While browsing their website, I found it to be informative and easy to navigate. However, once I enrolled in their program, I found the overall experience to be average. The training materials provided were decent, but I felt like they lacked depth and could have been more engaging. The instructors were knowledgeable, but at times, their teaching style felt monotone and lacked enthusiasm. Additionally, the communication with the company was satisfactory, although there were a few instances where my inquiries took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, my experience with the company was not terrible, but it didn't exceed my expectations either. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of materials and instructor delivery.
