I recently signed up for a sports program through the company's website. The registration process was smooth, and I appreciated the easy navigation. However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking. 🤔 It took a while to receive confirmation and details about the program, which was a little frustrating. The facilities were adequate, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of organization and updates. 🏀 Overall, it was an average experience. I hope to see better communication and more efficiency in the future.
