I have been a customer of Cybex Corp. for over a year now and I must say, the service has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, there have been a few instances where I had to contact customer support and the response time was quite slow. Overall, I would rate Cybex Corp. as an average company.
