When they tell you that it will take 3 to 4 days to dry your home what they mean is 6 to 8 days at the very least. Then you will find that parts of your home will still have moisture. They will then have you sign a waiver that releases them of all liability. So they will inconvenience you they will charge your insurance and their fans serve little to no purpose.

They also have little regard when they move your things and they don't put them back when they leave. They do not take any responsibility for things that they damage wall moving them.

My advice is if you ever have a flood do not use them. Keep in mind that the fans do not dry out all of the damage. You will have to live with these horrible loud fans that make your home feel like a hot sauna where you can't even hear yourself think 24 hours a day only to realize they served little to no purpose.
