I had the pleasure of doing business with Marense recently and I must say, it was a rather average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about the products and it took them quite a while to respond. The quality of the products I received was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would rate my experience with Marense as average.
