I recently moved to the Colgate Street Condominium Association, INC, and I am very impressed so far. The management team is proactive and addressed any concerns I had promptly. The property is well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean and beautifully landscaped. The amenities provided, such as a state-of-the-art gym, exceed my expectations. I am thrilled to be part of this community.
