Was told as healthcare workers we could not reserve tickets online and to show up early afternoon to get the discount. Called a couple more times to be safe and was told the same thing so we show up at 1pm to buy tickets only to be told that they were sold out. Drove 3 hours one way with 5 very excited kids to be turned away at the gate. Customer service and the supervisors of this place are an absolute joke.
