I have been a customer of British international industries for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide a satisfactory level of service, there are definitely areas where they could improve. The staff is friendly and the website is easy to navigate, but their response time to inquiries could be faster. Overall, I would say that British international industries is an okay company, but there is room for growth.
