I recently had some work done by a contractor, and overall, it was an average experience. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed addressing. Communication could have been better, as there were times when I felt out of the loop regarding the progress of the project. While I wouldn't discourage others from using this contractor, I think there is room for improvement.
