I recently went on a trip to Scotland and booked a tour with a company I found online. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the itinerary was well-planned. However, I was disappointed to find out that some of the advertised attractions were not included in the tour. Overall, the experience was good, but I wish the company had been more transparent about the itinerary.
