As a customer, I was really impressed with the services provided by fjordtours.com. The tour was well-planned and the itinerary was diverse, offering a great mix of cultural and natural experiences. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, making the trip enjoyable. However, I do feel that the company could improve on their communication before the tour. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Fjord Tours.
