My experience with LanguageMatters has been basically perfect.

Linda took care of me and she connected me to a really good company that offered me a good job less then 2 weeks and 2 interviews after. She is really friendly and helps you as much as she can with tips, examples and everything you need for the interviews. To me it was really useful!
Can't say anything negative about the agency, and Linda is the best!
