Sadistic, uncaring staff who get off on the power they have over the residents there. Pointless, boring, repetitive groups that they bill to your insurance as clinical treatment time. Out of the counselors there you will either get the slow one or the stuck up one, while the program manager, Nicole, is cold and dismissive of residents needs.
