I recently visited a dental clinic for routine care and chose Kinchen, Gretchen E DMD based on positive reviews. The overall experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the dentist provided adequate treatment. The clinic was well-maintained and had a comfortable environment. While there were no major issues, I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and additional patient education. Overall, the service was average, but I may consider other options for future dental needs.
