We just went for our staycation over the weekend at Shangri-La Orange Grove and we were really impressed with the level of service rendered to us. From the reception, down to every single staff that has served us, the service had been consistently good.

And we were surprised at how family friendly this hotel is (as we thought it was a corporate hotel). Everything was really well thought of in terms of the activities to keep the kids entertained.

The only thing I would add, is if the hotel knows young children are staying in the room, to include a step stool in the bathroom as the kids are not able to reach properly.

Other than that, the tea time and cocktail hours included in our Valley Wing room was really awesome. Both adults and kids had a great time. We will definitely return again!
