Recently, I came across a fantastic online store that offers a wide range of products. The website is user-friendly and provides an excellent shopping experience. However, the customer service was not up to par. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and their answers were not always helpful. Overall, I had a great experience except for the customer service.
