I recently purchased some sensors, and I must say, they are of great quality. The readings are accurate, and the installation process was a breeze. However, the customer service could be improved. When I had some queries, the response time was quite slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the product itself, just a bit disappointed with the customer service experience.
