I recently had a consultation and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The staff seemed rushed, and my concerns felt brushed aside. Communication was lacking, which left me confused about my treatment options. 😕 The environment could use a bit more warmth and attentiveness. Overall, I was left wanting more from the experience.
