Dash solutions provides an average level of service. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, their customer support is lacking. I had an issue with one of their products and it took them a long time to respond to my inquiry. However, once they did, they were able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
