While Fpg Insurance offers good coverage options and competitive rates, I was disappointed with their customer service. The agents were not very responsive and didn't seem to have a good understanding of their products. It took quite some time to resolve my issues, causing a bit of inconvenience. I hope they can improve their customer support.
