When my ex and I first moved to Phoenix, we were exhausted the day the movers came to drop off all of our stuff to our new rental home. We didn't have any way to cook anything, just a roll of paper towels and a case of cold beer in our new fridge. I'm a GF Vegan, he is an omnivore. I saw the GF vegan Elote Pizza, and I couldn't believe my eyes. Shortly after ordering, our 2 pizzas arrived, and we sprawled out on a blanket on our floor, opened a few adult beverages, and proceeded to eat our respective pizzas. WOW!!! I couldn't believe how amazing it was, corn, red onion, creamy sauce, arrived hot and fresh, and I had to double-check that it was, indeed, vegan and GF! I've had other pizza from around town, but with my dietary restrictions, and taste, nobody beats Picazzos, and this particular pizza is my all-time favorite!! Hmm...guess what I'm ordering for Friday night friend date night in this week!! Thank you Picazzos for offering such quality options for those of us who feel left out of the menu planning at so many other restaurants! See you soon! (This time, I'll take pics of the pizza before I gobble it down)
