DONT USE QUICKEN!!!! worst mortgage experience ive ever had! i was promised closing in 30 day. (attempted to sign 3 months later!) was promised better numbers than what the paperwork actually showed! was told dont worry about it, at closing the numbers will be corrected. well they WEREN'T correct at closing. (that clerical mistake would have costed me 3,000!) and i had to submit my cancellation forms. after that, never heard from quicken again. not even to try and correct their mistakes! just a complete was of time!
