I had the opportunity to attend a class at The Pilates Rx and it was such a positive experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and provided clear instructions, making it easy to follow along. The studio had a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, which helped create a relaxed environment for the workout. The exercises were challenging but also fun, and I left feeling both physically and mentally energized. I would definitely recommend giving The Pilates Rx a try!
