Exceptional location and great staff but the room is not comfortable at all, the bathroom has no cabin and getting in and out of the bathtub with a marble wall is not easy and can cause an accident. and the decoration of the room does not invite you to stay a long time to rest to be a 5 *.
We used the gym and it was unbearably hot, we had to go because the girl from the spa told us that the air conditioning was not working. And inside the pool the jacuzzi did not work.
