I had an overall average experience with Willtéco b.v. The customer service was okay, but the quality of their products could definitely be improved. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was not very secure. I hope they work on these areas to provide a better customer experience.
