My experience with Certified Transmission was average. The customer service was good overall, but the repair took longer than expected. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. However, I was disappointed with the pricing. I feel that it was a bit expensive for the service provided. I would recommend the company if you're looking for decent service, but be prepared for the possibility of longer repair times.
