Joe and I have never met in person, and I'm not a customer but I can tell you that a 20 minute phone call interaction with Joe demonstrated clearly his ethos, expertise, and his willingness to help a complete stranger.

I'm having a very technical issue with FB as a business platform that Joe had written about/was quoted on back in March of this year, and because I was hoping to solve this, I reached out to Joe via a number on his website.

I was blown away that when I called Joe, he jumped right in to help me. I am beyond appreciative and highly impressed that he took time out of his day to help a fellow marketer solve an issue he had experience with. If this is any indication of how Joe is with clients, I am certain that ya'll are in great hands.
