I was sent an incorrect birth certificate for my Grandmother, their error not mine I have now been trying for 7 DAYS to contact them by email from Melbourne, Australia to get this rectified, keep getting a message that says "OOPS THERE APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER" I found a link that asked me to rate their service so I have been begging for 7 days for someone to check their website from within, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING, I am not spending the money to ring from Australia as the certificates have cost this senior citizen enough already...
