My experience with Pet Stuff Warehouse was average. The website was easy to use and the prices were fair. However, the customer service was not very responsive. It took multiple attempts to get a reply to my inquiry. Once I did get a response, the issue was resolved satisfactorily. The shipping was prompt and the quality of the products is decent. Overall, an average experience but with room for improvement.
