Carpetmantra has a wide selection of carpets to choose from. The quality is good and the prices are fair. The customer service could be improved, though. There were some delays in shipping and it took longer than expected for my order to arrive. However, once I contacted customer service, they were helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, a decent experience.
