Got my HVAC and Furnace installed early December of 2017. They busted up my attic entrance and destroyed my pull down stairs. The technician told me they will come out and fix it. I constantly called them weekly to get them out here, finally a guy comes out 3 and half months later to take pictures of it and then says again someone will be out to fix it, This has gone on for 6 months!!! Finally June 6, 2018 after a month of him rescheduling to come out to fix my attic, the guy comes out and replaces attic pull down stairs. Done a top touch job, but still waiting to hear back to get it painted!!! I also had to get them to come out a couple more times to install dampers in the furnace which was supposed to be in original install. My duct work was "repaired" not replaced. I was promised all new stuff, and for the price I had to pay, it should be all freaking NEW!!!! Not happy and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!
