Wassa is an average company. Their website (wassa.io) looks decent and user-friendly. However, their customer service needs improvement. I had some issues with my order, and it took quite a long time to get a response from their support team. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
