I went there for the first time and boy o boy what a experience. Very poorly organised. Was not expecting a shopping mall this big to have such organisation. To start with the gate was packed with brokers trying to business some visa app etc. No clear indication about the outlets location so you will have find your way if you cannot communicate in Bengali to ask the security those are only available by the gates. It comes to crunch when you need cash and you go to DBBL cash point at 11 am and they say they are not ready. The list goes on unfortunately. Overall needs a lot of work. If looked after and given due customer service it can become a great attraction for the local as well as the foreigners.
