Saturday last week my car dash indicates that all four tires have low pressure. I am right near the dealership. Their service has been excellent and the car a 2014 X3 has been spectacular. So we decided to drop in to see if they could help. Out pops Britta and James, who immediately recognize that the low pressure is due to the changing ambient temperature as fall is coming on. They add air to all four tires. Problem solved! Cost= 0$.
This is why there is no better BMW service or dealership in the state if not the country! Thanks They actually care about and help their customers!! What a concept! Wish more businesses followed their example!
