I recently had an average experience with D Fine Designs. While the quality of the designs was good, the customer service left a lot to be desired. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries and there were a few communication issues along the way. The end result was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their service.
