I had a mixed experience with Ticket Smart. While their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, the customer service left much to be desired. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the representatives I spoke with were not very helpful. However, once I finally got my issue resolved, the tickets I purchased worked perfectly. Overall, I would rate Ticket Smart as average.
