We waited over a week, paid $70 to apply to a home...

We waited over a week, paid $70 to apply to a home in Plumas Lake, were told everything was fine so we put in notice to our current landlord, and then was told that Sorry we already rented that out since we hadn t received your verifications in time . We had applied only a week ago and it was Christmas! Not to mention that I was told by the assistant that the house was ours if everything was verified. So now we re out $70 (with no offer to refund), and were offered to apply to no pets properties even though our application clearly states pets. Waste of our time and now we have no home as of 30 days.
