I've had a mixed experience with Taa Group. While their website is user-friendly, the customer service needs improvement. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response to my inquiries. However, I must admit that the products I purchased were of good quality and delivered on time. It would be great if they could improve their customer support to match the quality of their products.
