I have been a customer of Multi r it pty ltd for several years now, and I must say that their services have been average at best. While they are competent in what they do, their response time leaves much to be desired. There have been instances where it took days for them to get back to me regarding my technical issues. However, their staff is always polite and helpful when I do manage to reach them. Overall, I would rate them as average.
